Terms of Digital Image Licence
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee") and Coastline Visions (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"). By accessing, downloading, or using any image(s) provided by the Licensor, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Grant of License:
1.1 The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the image(s) specified in the Licensee's purchase or download in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2 The Licensee is permitted to use the licensed image(s) for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, websites, social media, and printed materials.
Copyright and Ownership:
2.1 The licensed image(s) remain the property of the Licensor and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
2.2 The Licensee may not claim ownership of the licensed image(s) or sell, sublicense, or transfer them to any third party, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
Permitted Uses and Restrictions:
3.1 The Licensee may use the licensed image(s) for an unlimited number of projects or applications.
3.2 The Licensee may modify the licensed image(s) to fit their specific needs.
3.3 The Licensee may reproduce and distribute the licensed image(s) in any media format or platform.
3.4 The Licensee may use the licensed image(s) worldwide without geographic restrictions.
3.5 The Licensee may not use the licensed image(s) in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3.6 The Licensee may not use the licensed image(s) as a trademark, logo, or service mark.
3.7 The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the licensed image(s) as standalone files, commercial products in any form or as part of any stock image library or similar service.
Warranty and Liability:
4.1 The Licensor warrants that it has the right to grant the license to the licensed image(s) and that the licensed image(s) do not infringe any third-party rights.
4.2 The licensed image(s) are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4.3 The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the licensed image(s).
Termination:
5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.
5.2 The Licensee may terminate this Agreement by ceasing all use of the licensed image(s) and destroying any copies thereof.
5.3 The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement.
5.4 Upon termination, the Licensee shall immediately cease using the licensed image(s) and destroy any copies in their possession.
By accessing, downloading, or using the licensed image(s), the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
