Please allow between 2 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be created and delivered within Australia and 2-3 weeks for International orders.
Framed Prints & Canvas products are delivered using a door-to-door courier service, and although items are well packaged, we include insurance for peace of mind. Unframed Prints are delivered using Australia Post locally and Internationally.

Framing
Our timber frames come in a choice of the following:-
White Frame 30mm wide x 20mm high featuring a flat profile with a clean satin finish.
Tasmanian Oak Timber Frame 30mm wide x 20mm high. It has a natural timber colour and a protective clear lacquer. Due to the unique nature of the wood, each frame will vary slightly and may include knots and unique markings.
Black Frame 30mm wide x 20mm high featuring a flat profile with a smooth satin finish.
The sizing of our framed prints refers to the actual size of the photo print. Once the matt board and frame are added to the print, the overall length and width of the artwork is increased by approximately 20cm so please take this into account when measuring wall space.
Digital Downloads
Upon purchase you will receive an email with a link to download your digital files. Use for website, print yourself or send the digital files to a photo lab to be printed for you.
There are two digital download sizes available :-
Web Resolution jpg – 800x1200px 72 DPI
High Resolution jpg – 4000x6000px 300 DPI
